The privacy of our clients is extremely important, and we take the privacy of your personal data very seriously and do everything in order to preserve the confidentiality of your personal information. With this Statement of Privacy, we want to introduce you to our security measures. Please check our Privacy Statement occasionally as far as possible changes are concerned.

Data gathering

You can use our website without disclosing your personal information. You are not required to provide us with your personal information as a condition of using our web site unless it is necessary to respond to your inquiry, send you a quote or provide a service according to your request.

All website information of company Misericordia d.o.o. are on the servers in the Republic of Croatia, the company responsible for maintaining and securing the server is Alfa IT j.d.o.o. which has undertaken to keep all data as a business secret in accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data.

How long have we kept your data?

Personal data is stored and processed only for as long as is necessary to carry out legitimate purposes unless the applicable regulations provide for a longer period of time for a particular purpose. Client information related to certain services provided by the company Misericordia d.o.o. we will keep it for the duration of the service. In the case of rejected bids, we reserve the data for the bidding one year, if you ask us to delete, the data will be deleted immediately.

Customer’s personal information that is no longer needed or irrevocably anonymized or destroyed in a safe manner.

Data analytics we collect after consent, we keep for 50 months.

The right of insight and correction
