Seller is Misericordia d.o.o., and the buyer is the visitor of this website who is filling the order, send it to the seller and is making payment via paypal or cash on delivery.

 

ORDERING

Customer orders service through an electronic order form.
Buyer is any person who electronically order at least one service, fill the requested data and submit the order. All prices are in Croatian national currency, the Croatian kuna (HRK), with VAT, but main prices are presented in euros, for easier understanding. Services are ordered electronically, and are considered to be ordered when the customer chooses and confirm payment.

COMPLAINTS

Seller commits to provide a product or service that is technically correct and conforms to the product description specified on the site www.hellobluecave.com. The picture that illustrates the product on the website does not necessarily correspond
exact look of the product and the customer can not complain about this part. In case of legal dispute, the competent will be the jurisdiction of Commercial court in Split. In case that a customer does not get the ordered product or service, the customer has the right complainant within seven days.

 

REFUNDS

The client has the right of return the entire amount paid in the following cases:
If the reservation is canceled at time (up to 2 days),
In case of impossibility of organizing the trip due to weather conditions,
If the client has not received a service requested.
The funds will be credited to the customer’s account within 5 working days.
